How to get support
Let’s Talk want to make it easy for you to get the right kind of support at the right time for you. You don’t need to fill in any forms to find out if you can get help – just contact us and we will try to help you think about which of our services might be right for you.
At the moment, we only have funding to provide free services for children and young people in the Craigmillar and Portobello areas of Edinburgh.
We do sell services and you can find out more here (on our buy our services page), or just contact us if you want to find out more or if you’d like to work with us to offer help to young people in different areas.
Craigmillar & Portobello Community Mental Health Project

Therapeutic One-to-Ones

Support for Employment
We are keen to help any young person who may be struggling to get into work, education or training. We believe that productive activity is one of the most helpful things for good mental health.
- It gives you routine,
- helps grow confidence,
- develop new skills.
It’s really hard if you are a young person who is struggling with your mental or emotional health or if you have experienced extra difficulties (e.g. being in care). We understand and we give the extra support that is needed.
